Gateway (AR) regional shopping centers often have at least two major anchor tenants, department stores, a movie theater and still have room for small retailers to major Gateway (AR) chain stores (with a large parking lot). As long as there's plenty of diverse shops, eateries, boutiques, entertainment venues with a healthy economy, there should be a large influx of Gateway (AR) patrons, local and regional.
